Understand how your organisation actually works.

ORCA is a diagnostic framework that reveals patterns in how your team operates, makes decisions, and experiences work. ORCA is a system-level view of what's happening in your organisation right now.

By making these patterns visible, ORCA creates the conditions for clearer understanding, more effective dialogue, and more intentional ways of working.

The ORCA model is built around four dimensions. Each explores a different aspect of how individuals, teams, and systems interact, creating a more complete picture of organizational functioning.

What We Measure

  • How people naturally operate in context, looking at two dimensions:

    1. Analytical versus relational thinking.

    2. Deliberate versus responsive pace.

Everyone has a dominant and secondary mode. This explains friction points, communication gaps, and where collaboration flows.

  • The lived experience of your organisation across five domains:

    • Trust – Openness and safety

    • Energy – Engagement and vitality

    • Advancement – Growth and development

    • Movement – Adaptability

    • Service – Purpose and contribution

This is how work actually feels, not how the org chart says it should feel.

  • What drives decisions in practice. Not just aspirational statements on a wall. We map the actual priorities shaping behavior and highlight where alignment exists or breaks down.

  • The current state of individuals within the system within four facets:

    • Recovery – Ability to reset

    • Self-regulation – Managing pressure

    • Optimism – Perspective

    • Connection – Sense of support

    Results fall into three zones:

    1. Restoration – Strain

    2. Transcending – Managing

    3. Vitality – Sustainable functioning

How It Works

Assessment

Structured process capturing how individuals and teams operate within their environment.

Interpretation

We analyze patterns across individuals, teams, and the system. Focus is on relationships between data points, not isolated scores.

Facilitated Dialogue

Structured sessions that turn insight into shared understanding. These create space to surface tensions, explore differences, and build a common language.

Development

Targeted work supporting leadership alignment, clearer communication, better team dynamics, and more effective ways of working.

Experiential Extension

(Optional) Insight can extend into team-building experiences through ECAT, our adventure training program. Learn by doing.
